Rick found areas on my old roof (1928 Bungalow) that had been leaking air due to inadequate wood sheathing. He worked well with the insurance adjustor and the City of St. Paul to adjust the claim properly. Rick gave me many addresses of properties to drive past so I could see the new shingle color/type on actual homes. I was also able to get large sample boards to compare next to my stucco color.
The crew was pleasant to work with and my yard was left spotless! Rick also upgraded my shingle to a LIFETIME shingle at no charge.
I had a minor concern after the shingles were layed (they seemed uneven) and Rick assured me that due to the cold temperatures, it would take awhile for the asphalt to soften to become one seamles look. And in spring this year, it did.
My roof has been a beautiful addition to my home. I don't have one complaint about working with Rick and would recommend you let him bid on your project.
