From the start Alex was very responsive and helpful. I received four bids before going with Alka Flooring. Alex had the most complete and detailed bid. He had every detail included that others omitted. Alka didn't do things the easy (less expensive) way. They did them right. He explained the different ways the installation could be done. He is very knowledgeable on the different products available in the industry as well as the pros and cons of each brand. He helped me to pick out a great quality LVP. The installation was flawless! The crew was very talented and had a great eye for detail. They were very professional and thoughtful of our needs during the installation process. The end product is gorgeous and their attention to detail is apparent! He wasn't the cheapest, but was absolutely worth it! You do get what you pay for.

It went we well. Alex had a lot of good suggestions (what we ended up doing isn't what we originally planned to do because of his suggestion - greatly appreciated!). It did take a while for the entire process to get done but we also did a lot of work and it took us a while to make some decisions. We had a few minor issues which were quickly resolved perfectly.

They got it done quickly. It looks beautiful.  They cleaned everything up after the completed the work.  And they were resonably priced
