This company was hired as a subcontractor for our new home construction. This company installed infloor heat operated by a electric storage unit. A section of infloor heat broke a year later, and when we reported it to the company they did respond and come out. However, this company could not repair the section of heat they installed. This company would not reimburse us for the section of broken heat or offer to resolve the matter. We reported the company to the Minnesota and North Dakota Better Business Bureau, and this company then said this section of in-floor heat was installed for FREE, and that no reimburement was warranted. It is a shame because I thought we had a good working relationship until I reported problems. It seems this company does not stand by their work.
