Auto Towing
Completely unprofessional. Treated my wife poorly. He was uncooperative and rude, We were charged for Secure Impound Storage, however he dumped our car alongside his garage in the open. I only gave him a D on responsiveness and punctuality because he stayed "open" an extra half hour, even though his house was only a few steps away from the dump site. He charged a "Convenience Fee" for using a credit card. He refused AAA. What "Modern" towing company nowadays doesn't accept AAA?
