It went very well, they were here on time, did their work efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Very, very satisfied.

Our central A/C in our mobile home stopped working. I called Dale's Heating & Appliance and they sent someone out the same day to take a look. He came out within about 1.5 - 2 hours and spent close to 2 hours figuring out and fixing the problem. He found several bare wires as well as some incorrect wiring on our furnace, then found the problem on the unit outside. He was very polite, considerate and professional. He did not mind me asking him questions and watching him work. The business is about 40 minutes away from us and that may have figured in the price, but I felt the price was reasonable for two hours work and for the repairs he did. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them in the future.
