We are a collage of the real estate we sell...small towns, farmland, rivers, lakes, and woods, small businesses and homes. We plant gardens, "go fishin' and swimmin" and ride bikes. We raise our children, earn our livings, and support our ever growing communities with our time and earnings. We live what we sell!

This was the worst real estate transaction we have ever experienced and we feel it was because of our realtor, Jeana Mikyska. She was argumentative, she didn't listen to what we wanted. She bad-mouthed the buyers' realtor for everything that went wrong. She refused to follow the language of the contract. We could see that the deal was going to go through, but it was going to take longer than it should have. We decided to wait until the deal was closed to inform her broker, thinking that it would be better to not upset the process and slow it down any further. Our realtor did not show up for the closing, and we had to deal with our buyer for some of the money coming to us - fortunately our buyers are pretty decent people. The broker told us afterwards that basically it was our fault, it was the other realtor's fault, and if we had called her earlier, she may have been able to do something - no apology whatsoever. So the broker, Jan Carl, was not much better than our realtor.
Very unprofessional people.
Do not do business with this company.
