WHEN DOOR BEGAN TO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY, I E-MAILED HIM TO ASK HIM TO HAVE FIRST BID TO COME OUT AND ADJUST THE MECHANISM TO MAKE IT WORK RIGHT AGAIN. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM ABOUT THIS REPAIR.

THEY RESPONDED TO MY E-MAIL PROMPTLY. MIKE, THE PRESIDENT, GAVE ME HIS CELL PHONE. I ASKED FOR LITERATURE AND AN EXPLANATION ON THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE, AND HE MAILED ME INFORMATION PROMPTLY. HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND FINISHED THE WORK IN A FEW HOURS. HE WAS VERY NEAT AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN NEW FEATURES TO ME.
