The trees were hanging over a screen porch that could have been destroyed if they had not taken care and done an excellent job. They were efficient and worked very hard.

Their knowledge on retaining wall installation was very poor.  They argued with me plenty of times and insisted that they were laying it properly.  I ended up firing the crew and hired somebody else to do the job.  The crew also asked for payment before the job was complete because they were low on cash.

The neighbor was somewhat miffed due to some minor damage from the bobcat in her yard but did benefit greatly by having the cotton wood removed. They applied black dirt and seed to repair the areas that were damaged in the neighbors yard. They did communicate that they would be driving the bobcat in her yard but I didn't understand the damage from that vehicle that might occur.
They didn't discuss other options for removal of the tree from her yard. Dropping the tree in her yard was the only practical option due
to the trees location. Overall, I think they did a good job.

Overall, a good job was done. Work was delayed one week due to contractor's mechanical difficulties. He showed up one week later without calling first, then called to see if he could get paid before he left (this was not possible since we were out of town at the time). I do wish he had waited until someone could have been home when the work was completed. The garage was scratched and the fence was left unfastened and our dog "escaped" (luckily we caught him before he was injured or ran away). He did a very nice clean up job.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE REVIEWS I HAVE GOT FROM THE 2 PEOPLE FROM A LIST OF SEVERAL HUNDRED CUSTOMERS I HAVE SERVED! IN THIS CUSTOMERS REPORT THEY SAID WE DID A GOOD JOB BUT SCRATCHED THE GARAGE & THE GATE WAS OPEN. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF ANYONE HAS A COMPLAINT WITH MY WORK THEY ARE ENCOURAGED TO SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH ME TO RESOLVE THE CONCERN! IN THE CASE OF THE DELAY! EQUIPMENT BREAK DOWNS DO HAPPEN IT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME & I GOT BACK TO THE JOB AS SOON AS I COULD TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT THAT HAD BEEN STARTED! THE CASE OF PAYMENT IS! THE JOB WAS GOOD AND THE RESULTS WERE CLEAN AND NEAT. ALL THE WORK WAS DONE ON THE GROUND LEVEL WITH NO TREE CLIMBING, SO PRICE SEEMED HIGH. I'D HIRE THEM AGAIN IF PRICE LOWERED FOR SIMILAR WORK.
