The experience was excellent from quote to cleanup. Brian came out to quote very quickly and was able to provide a service date which they stuck to. The crew was very polite. The tree was a little tricky because it was splitting at the trunk so they had to figure out how to take it down without hitting anything. Clean up was thorough and complete. Great job!

The whole crew arrived in the AM and completed the job quicker than I expected. They were all very professional, asked for my input so we all agreed on what was to be done. I would recommend this company and use them again.

This is the third time we have used Premier Tree Service for tree removal and stump grinding. They have always been fair in their pricing, professional, punctual and easy to have around. They have all the necessary equipment and experience to complete the job much faster than anticipated. I would use them again.

Premier Tree Service promptly replied to my request for tree removal, sending Brian out to give a quote on the same day I contacted the company. Brian said that the tree could be removed within five days (on the following Tuesday), and gave me a quote.
I agreed, and a crew of three arrived this Tuesday. The crew worked well together, and carefully took down the tree (leaving the stump, which was fine with me, given where the tree stood), removed all the branches, questioned me about their service (prompt enough on the quote? was there anything else I needed), and left. The whole process took less than an hour.

They were prompt, professional and cleaned up well. They knew what they were doing and had the equipment to do an excellent job at a reasonable price

Removed large ash branch (15" dia.) which was damaged by lightning, but was dramatically shading and growing into one of our spruce trees, severely stunting it. Trimmed branches in two silver maple trees which blocked a beautiful view of downtown, plus ground one large and one small stump.
They were able to remove the ash branch without any damage to our spruce tree, something I thought was impossible. Because it was in the back yard, they brought in a bobcat to remove the wood, but they had put extra wide (high flotation) tires on the machine to lessen the effect on the grass.
They cleaned up all branches and raked. One of the guys even helped my wife remove two hostas from near one of the stumps that was ground. Worked hard and stayed at it till they were done.
The only hitch came when they appeared in late morning rather than late afternoon, catching me off guard. I came home to find them well into the job.
I was impressed. They were very competitive in pricing, and did a great job. I'd recommend them.

Everything was great. We had put off having our tree work done earlier this year because we got an estimate from another provider that we felt was too high. This was in early spring, and I didn't know yet that part of our birch tree had died.

When it became apparent as summer wore on that that tree was dead, I decided to ask for an estimate from a different service, and that is why I called Premire. After I called premiere, they came by and left me an estimate the next day for removing the dead tree, and for doing the other tree trimming that we needed. It was much more reasonable than the earlier estimate had been, and I decided to schedule the work.

Premiere did the work the very next day. I went to work in the morning, and by the time I got home in the afternoon, the dead birch tree was a pile of logs, and the other trees looked great.

Bryan at Premier Tree Service worked with me to get the best estimate and final cost. He listened to my concerns and really worked to make sure I was happy with the final plan.

Mike and the team was punctual and reviewed the planned services before the work started. All work was done timely and profesionally.

I received an estimate from Brian for the trees in my yard. I decided to go ahead with Premier. The work was scheduled but after the tornado hit in North Mpls they had to go ahead and work on that. I had told Brian that I was not in a hurry to have the trees done so he called me and let me know the job was going to be delayed. After a recent storm came through one of the trees dropped a limb on the roof of my house so I thought it had become a safety issue. I called Brian and they came out within 2-3 hours and had the job completed before I got home from work. They cleaned up the front yard and the trees look great.

After agreeing on a date to have the work done, the company called us the day before and notified us that there would be a 1 day delay. That happened to work OK with my schedule, so no harm, no foul. The crew was well equipped and efficient. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. I was happy to have the tree gone, and quite pleased with the work the company did. The thing that bothered me (and the reason I won't recommend the company) was the way they collected the money I owed them. I knew I could pay with a credit card, and assumed that was what the company preferred. Not so. At least not on this day. The foreman said that if I paid with cash, he could pay his crew immediately, and I could save some money (I don't recall the exact percentage. 10%? 20%?). Not understanding what he was really saying, I asked him if I could pay with a check. No, that wouldn't really work. Then it dawned on me. If I paid him in cash, he wouldn't have to pay taxes on that earned income! Fortunately, my lack of available cash kept me an honest man.

After receiving my message, they called back right away - and happened to be in the neighborhood so they went to my property and gave me an estimate on the spot, which I thought was very reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for the service and they came out as scheduled. They left the area neat and clean. I was very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness and service. Will certainly use them again.

I had cleaned up as much as I could myself after a 50+ foot spruce tree had fallen down. (The tree was more than 20 inches in diameter near the ground.) Right after the storm, these guys were cleaning up near our home and came to our house and told my wife they would clean it up for about $800. We said no at the time (late spring)--the following spring, they came around again while doing other work and offered the same job for about $500. I'm happy to not have to get rid of the debris myself, plus they nicely ground up the stump as well as an older, smaller stump on our lot.

They were good at scheduling us in for removal.There was a lot yard damage, but I guess that's the price you pay when it's done in the summertime.
