PRECISION TREE & LANDSCAPING

The company consisted of one guy and a couple kids he hired for the summer. They did not have the proper safety equipment or take the proper precautions to do tree work. They used chain saws and ladders. They used some roping to prevent tree limbs from falling. However one broke and a tree limb crashed into my less than 1 year old picket fence. The kids repaired the fence panel while the owner laid on the ground and watched but didn't do a great job. The 2 kids were up on my roof and their ladder fell while the owner was gone looking for wood for my fence repair. If anyone or my dog was near that ladder they could have been killed. I had to put the ladder back up so the kids could get down from the roof as the owner was gone. I couldn't wait for this guy to leave my property. Even after he broke my fence he wanted to do some additional tree work but I turned him down. A week or so later my neighbor hired them not knowing about my experience to trim a huge willow tree between our properties. My fence runs under the willow tree. They removed the fence panels near the tree without my permission cracking a few fence boards and marring the once perfect fence post. I watched them as they were cutting limbs off the tree and letting them fall to the ground. They did not use any roping to secure the limbs to prevent them from falling on anyone or anything. The owner was up on the tree while the 2 helpers just stood below. Very scary and very dangerous. After doing a hatch job on the tree and only being half finished they left tree limbs everywhere and just dropped their equipment and left for the day mid-afternoon. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Please don't ever hire this company. Their advertising says they are licensed bonded and insured but I doubt it. There is no license number listed on their brochure.
