The estimate was fair, they arrived when they said they would and did a perfect job. I have had them do work before and will again in the future. I have also referred them to my daughter and they just took out a large pine that was touching both the house and brand new deck. The did a perfect job.

Great service and job done exactly the way I wanted.

Everything went better than excellant. He checked with me as he cut branches to make sure he cut what I wanted removed.

They're beyond good, they're really good. They have always done an excellent job, they clean up after themselves, they're prompt and very easy to work with. You couldn't ask for better people to work with. They're always very polite, and I thought their rates were more reasonable than others in the area.

We have over 20 oak trees in our front yard. His name is Mark. He is fantastic. If he stays his service I will never use anybody else. He rakes and cleans up every time he leaves. He is very courteous. I have recommended him to people in the neighborhood. They have used him and have been more than pleased. His prices are certainly much better than that of anybody else that I have had up here. If we ever need somebody he is a great person to call. We have used other people in the area, and Mark's work is so superior to theirs that we wouldn't believe it. We first started using him after he took down one oak tree off of our back deck. That tree must have been somewhere between 80 and 100 feet tall. It was an enormous red oak. I couldn't even reach across the bottom of it. I have nothing but good things to say about Mark.

They showed up on time. It was a difficult job that other tree companies could not figure out to do but they managed it very efficiently and quickly. They could do a little better on clean-up, but it was a very messy job.

MARK RETURNED MY PHONE CALL PROMPTLY. THEY ARRIVED AT THE TIME STATED. THEY REMOVED THE TREE AND WOOD. OF COURSE, THERE WERE DIVITS IN THE LAWN FROM THE LARGE PIECES HITTING THE LAWN. THE RAIN GUTTER WAS PULLED DOWN A BIT, NO ONE MENTIONED IT UNTIL I ASKED AND POINTED IT OUT. MARK TRIED TO PUT IT BACK INTO PLACE. I NOTICED A LOT OF SAWDUST LEFT ON THE SIDEWALK AND WHEN I WENT TO SWEEP IT UP FOUND THAT THE SIDEWALK HAD BEEN BROKEN. THEY DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THAT EITHER. I HAD TO HAVE THE CITY COME OUT AND REPLACE IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO DANGEROUS TO LEAVE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT AFTER THE STUMP WAS REMOVED, THE MULCH THAT WAS LEFT WAS NOT REMOVED. I HAD ASSUMED THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED AS PART OF THE $350 STUMP GRINDING FEE. MARK SAID "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO WITH ALL THE LEFT OVER MULCH", HE SAID THAT HE WOULD NOT CHARGE ME THE TAX IF I PAID HIM IN CASH.

I CALLED THEM YESTERDAY AND THEY WERE HERE THIS MORNING FOR THE WORK. I'VE USED THEM FOR OTHER JOBS IN THE PAST AND THEY ARE ALWAYS COMPETITIVE IN PRICE AND THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME.
