I have an Xerox Copy machine that is older but still quite nice. A new copy machine to replace this copier would cost at least $2000. My husband took my machine to three copy machine repair places who stated on the phone they would look at the machine to see if they could repair it. All three called us to pick it up and claimed they could not repair it because they could not get parts.
I asked Keith Hepola to look at the machine and he found a small cracked part in the copier that he believed was the problem. He found many parts for this same machine online, ordered the needed part last time he was here, and fixed the machine today with the $15.00 part that was cracked. My Xerox Copy machine is working like new. He knows his business and he cares about his customers.
I have recommended him to friends in the past and all have been pleased with his services and his wonderful demeanor.
