CASCADE COMPUTERS

I brought in my sony vaio to have a computer screen replaced.  The next day after dropping it off, I called to see how far down the list I was to getting it started.  The girl on the phone said " Well you did just drop it off yesterday but told  to hold on.  She came back a few moments later and said he was just starting to look at it.
So I hopped in the shower, and the phone rang.  It was the guys who fixes them.  " I looked at your computer and tried calling my contacts and cannot find a screen."
Ok I said.
But he said, "there  is a 39.99 dollar charge for diagnostic testing."
Diagnostic testing I said, it was a computer screen.
He said he spent hours yesterday (the day I dropped it off, and not what the desk clerk said) calling around for a screen.  (where does the diagnostic come in?)
So I went and retrieved my computer, and asked the girl at the desk how there could be hours on looking for a screen, and we got into an altercation.
I gave them the 40.00 bucks and said I would not be back, and she said good.
Very unprofessional.  And they did nothing for my computer.  It did not need nor do I think he gave it a diagnostic test for a screen broken.  I would not recommend them at all.
