It was installed very quickly, but incorrectly. I called them more than once and they never fixed it. I had to hire a different company.

The service was provided under a homeowner insurance policy. Stuvland Construction and Heating was contacted by the homeowner insurance company. Stuvland then contacted me the same day to verify the problem and to make an appointment as to when they could come. They were on time the following day, professional, and knew the operation of the furnace. A new part needed to be ordered to fix the problem. They temporarily fixed the old part until the new part arrived. They tentatively made an appointment with me to install the new part. When the new part did not arrive in time, they made a new appointment for installation of the part. The part was shipped here in a reasonable amount of time and installed correctly in the furnace. I have had no further problems with the furnace. The service people were cordial and professional and knew their business.

Very well except for one delay which was due to the supplier sending the wrong part. This was quickly rectified and apologies made.
They cleaned up, worked well, and we'd happily work with them again.

the project took a lot longer than anticpated

, we had hoped 3-4 months would be enough to complete project. they had some delays we had additional requests. They were always responsive and professional. They have a genuine concern with providing quality work and customer satisfaction.

They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves nicely.

Brian was very helpful and informative. He helped us decide what shingles were the best for the money and warranty. He also searched multiple places to find us the perfect color of siding we were looking for. His crew was very friendly and kept our property clean while working. Brian also assisted us later with our air conditioner and getting it to work better. We would definitely contact him again for future work.
