Prompt response to request to come out and measure for windows. Fairly prompt in ordering and notifying of projected arrival date of materials. Up front notice that "your windows will be here on such & such but you have to wait because they (installers) are all deer hunters and will be out for the entire 10 days.
Had to pester them after that about when install would commence, some guy who may or may not have his son help him, a really fly-by-night proposition. Then, "well I haven't seen him (installer) since you (customer) were here last week" (inquiring). "If he doesn't show up by Monday, I'll get someone else." That's exactly what happened and luckily the "someone else" turned out to be competent and a nice guy. The job took a full 2 days, a far cry from the "15 minutes per window" originally touted by the estimator.
They get good marks for cleanup and one followup call from business owner/estimator.
