I have 2 year contract with them. They first come out they promised a router but later I had to pay for it extra. I have called numerous time I was about to cancel. I also had TV but it was horrible so I had it canceled. I am waiting for the contract to be over, I will leave this internet service provider. They have poor customer service.

Falsely advertised TV service and free service for the first two months. They waited until after fiber was installed to inform me that TV service was not available in my area, then reneged on first two months free. I sent a letter reminding them of the first months free and called several times. When called they politely indicate they are going to address the issue, but never do. They continue to send threatening letters about payment for the first two months.
