I was involved in a car accident, I was rear-ended, not my fault. Called the insurance to report, and picked up a copy of the police report the following day, and just stopped by the local insurance office for some advise, Karen Hedstrom was very helpful, she made copies for me and even called the other insurance company to make sure that everything was moving along with my claim against the other person's insurance. Followed up with me to make sure everything was moving along and to make sure I didn't have any questions. Very helpful, everything you would want to see in your local insurance agency.
