I was given a horror story about the front end on my van after their free inspection. A free inspection that didn't mention the tune up I know I need. After replacing "severly worn" parts and an alignment, supposedly, I found out later from my hometown service provider that none should have been needed. Parts were replaced and alignment was done 6 months prior, about 7,000 miles. I have heard since this time that they "find" work that needs immediate attention on a regular basis.
