We contacted two other companies who came out and provided proposals the next day. We still had not heard back from Deml so we selected another brand without considering them. (We did finally receive a proposal but a week later)
"I sincerely apologize for the trouble that you experienced. It is true that we can't solve every problem, especially on "old equipment". But that does not excuse rudeness. Partially as a result of this incident, and many other factors. Our business his made a complete change in doing things. Deml Heating & A/C is a family business started in 1969 by my father, slowly over the years my sister and myself have been buying into the business. After receiving many reports such as yours I decided that something had to be done. So as of April 1st my Wife & I bought out the business and run it with our son (your service tech). I believe that issues like yours shouldn't occur, but unfortunately they do. But there is never an excuse for bad feelings between a business and it's customers. Please feel free to call on us in the future so we can attempt to assist you with you troubles."
