Steve showed up at the property we had a contract to purchase on time, and got right to work. I tried as much as possible to stay out of his way, as he is very detailed in his approach. But I could not help but start asking him questions, and he was very polite and detailed in his answers. His review brought some things to life that I had to raise with the seller. Concerns I had about whether I might miss something, or that I might not know about some big cost later melted away because Steve was very thorough, and clearly knows his stuff. His report had about 10 items that needed attention by the seller.
I have been in negotiations to purchase another home in Albert Lea, and now with a price agreement, I called Steve and asked him to meet me at the property this weekend. Steve is very accomodating, and he just tells it like he sees it. I'm looking forward to his report on our new property. Needless to say, I was so impressed with him after the first time, I plan on using Steve again (this weekend in fact). I give Deming Home Inspections a big thumbs up.

Steve arrived on time and started the inspection immediately. He was thorough and took the time necessary to do the inspection. He did not rush the job but was thorough with every thing he inspected.
