Natalie at Focal Point was awesome to work with. She explained the various types of carpet and spent the time with us to show us multiple samples. The guy who came to measure our rooms was on time, very personable and submitted the measurements the same day, so we could move along our quick timeframe. The carpet arrived on time and the install was scheduled on the previously discussed date. The installers were efficient and did a great job and cleaned up all mess when they were finished. I would recommend Focal Point and their installers to others and will use them again in the future.
