+ 2 moreWayne said they could do it all - so we tested him! He has two great guys that tackled everything. Offered solutions to some problems and ways to cut costs, which we sure appreciated. Both Wayne and his guys always returned phone calls promptly, let us know what time they would be here, showed up on time and left the respective areas clean. The things I was capable of doing (like painting or staining, prior to use) were welcomed by Wayne - saved him time and us money. We were trying to check off the list of things we always meant to do, prior to listing home for sale. Now it looks great and we can show it with confidence.
Description of Work: So many things! Replaced ceiling fixtures in 4 rooms, changed code on ceiling fan, replaced cedar rails on deck, installed new moldings in bedroom, installed new entry door with trim, installed new deadbolt sets on 2 doors, installed new crown molding on kitchen cabinets, secured loose newel post on stair railing and several other small issues.
