I think of UPS as being extremely reliable. When they deliver things, it is always in good shape. When I encounter them, they are always polite and friendly. If we are not here when we come, they seem to have good judgment whether to leave it, or leave something for us to sign. They are honest, reliable, dependable, hardworking and friendly. I would use this provider again.
