UPS Customer Center - Maple Grove

UPS Customer Center in Maple Grove lost a couple of my boxes for a time period. My experience was awful. Initially, they were horrible but they rectified it and made it right. 

UPS claims to have delivered a $22.00 pkg. the size of a toothpaste tube to our home address.  We reported it as not delivered but never received compensation from the company we bought it from.  Apparently UPS filed a claim on our behalf but never informed us about the action and paid the company for the small amount.  Now we have been black listed by our Hutchinson, KS driver who refuses to deliver to our home.  He claims that we live in a high crime area but delivers to all our neighbors....one who lives about 55 ft. from our front door.  Our home is in a fairly new neighborhood in a small town of 3,000.  Now we have to drive to a UPS drop off point to pick up our packages despite the fact that we pay to have it delivered to our door.  UPS supervisors will not overule this driver's decision because it is company policy to allow the driver to make decisions as to where he will deliver packages no matter how ridiculous his decision may be.  Lesson learned:  DO NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH UPS BECAUSE THEY WILL FOREVER REFUSE TO DELIVER TO YOUR ADDRESS NO MATTER WHOSE FAULT IT IS.
