Check with the Better Business Bureau on this business: http://www.bbb.org/minnesota/business-reviews/real-estate-rental-service/trend-rental-homes-in-minneapolis-mn-96154507/complaints 7 complaints in the last year. 8 months into the lease he stopped returning my phone calls and emails and provided the same treatment to my renters.  Never sent me a 1098, etc...  Not until I had an attorney send him a letter did he finally respond and disburse the damage deposit he was holding on to (this was months after he stopped communicating). There are so many property managers around.  RUN away from this guy.

I have had problems with previous tenants so I use them to find tenants who will pay rent properly and who will not destroy the property. It is easy for me as they handle everything.
