Never sent me a 1098, etc... Not until I had an attorney send him a letter did he finally respond and disburse the damage deposit he was holding on to (this was months after he stopped communicating). There are so many property managers around. RUN away from this guy.

Eric Lind placed tenants in my property and agreed to manage them for a 12 month lease. He failed.

 + -1 moreI have had problems with previous tenants so I use them to find tenants who will pay rent properly and who will not destroy the property. It is easy for me as they handle everything.
Description of Work: I use them to find tenants and screen them. They collect the rent and send me a cheque in the beginning of the month.
