TOP LINE CONTRACTING INC

Bill was referred to me by a neighbor. Both of my contacts with him have been great. He's a super guy, polite, professional, caring, prompt, helpful--do I need to go on? Bill even did a bit of minor repair on my roof for free last fall. He found some lifted and buckled shingles when he was up there checking for hail damage. He grabbed a few nails and his hammer from his truck and fixed things up. He also gave me a free estimate of the work needed. My insurance company disagreed and wouldn't pay for a new roof so I couldn't use Bill's service. My current rehab project is out of his scope of work even though he does some of the work that I need done. But, I was looking for a general contractor to handle everything.
