 + -1 moreIt was difficult to find a mortgage person that I trusted, and after talking with him, I see that he really does know his stuff. He was only a few dollars off of the good faith estimate, which really impressed me! I was very, very happy. His price was 3% of the loan amount.
Description of Work: Chad performed mortgage services for my girlfriend, and advised me on my mortgage.
