Awful! The first issue we had was with the grout cracking. I emailed the owner Shane McLean on March 20, 2013. He didn't respond so I sent him a follow up email on March 25, 2013. He finally emailed me back later that day with the following response, "I hate to tell any past or present customer this but we are swamped and spread out over three states. I wouldn't be able to provide any services until June." I ended up having someone else fix the issue. Almost a year later on March 25, 2014, a piece of tile actually fell off. I contacted Shane again on April 4, 2014. No response. I followed up with him on April 10, 2014. No response. I sent a final email on April 16, 2014. No response. Do not use this company.
