Standard Heating sends you the same technician every time, if it can, which is really quite reassuring. Joe is always prompt, friendly, thorough, makes recommendations about what you can do to get the best service from your heating and cooling appliances, advises when parts are starting to wear and leaves a clean work space. I'm always satisfied with their service.
