I splurged because I wanted to treat myself to a GOOD haircut. The girl who cut my hair was nice enough, but I wasn't very happy with the cut when I left. The following day, I realized it was totally crooked, so I called to ask for someone to fix it. That service was scheduled, and when I went back, another lady combed my very fine hair out (after being pulled up in a bun all day) and lobbed a chunk off. Dry. When it was all goofy from being in a binder. And she called it good.

They give high quality service. They are pretty professional. I constantly get compliments on my hair. It is pretty expensive.

The provider was punctual, professional and courteous. She did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I will definitely go back.

I've had very good service from their nail technicians and hair. They are a full service salon and they also do massages. They are definitely not an inexpensive salon.

Best cut and color I have had in a very long time. My stylist from my prior salon moved out of state so I needed to find bother salon. I turned to Angie's List and found Simonson's in Maple Grove. They are awesome!!

I always had a good experience with Heidi at the Maple Grove store for an upper lip wax. I also sent my husband to her for occasional eyebrow waxing (he's from the Mediterranean so has lots of facial hair). She kept it as pain free as possible. My husband had negative experiences with others taking off too much for a man's eyebrows, but Heidi always knew how to take off just enough but not too much.

Gabe gives a fantastic chair massage. I paid $15 for 15 minutes before or after haircuts and it was always great. I sent my husband there too for a massage after he complained of shoulder and back pain. He became a fan as well. Maybe I'm picky, but I've paid substantial prices at other salons and been disappointed. Never with Gabe; it was always a good massage.

After searching the internet and checking salon ratings on Angie's List, I decided to try this salon. So, this review is based upon my first visit to this salon --- and I am very pleased with my experience. The salon is fairly new so everything looks fresh and well maintained. The colors are subtle and the vast amount of windows provides plenty of light. I walked in with the intention of booking an appointment in the future, but was very happy to find out a stylist would be available with a few minutes. I had more than one stylist to choose from and was given the one who could provide the service I wanted within my budget constraints. The customer service person was my first point of contact and she made me feel very welcome: offered to hang my coat, offered me a beverage while I waited. My stylist greeted me within minutes. When I told her it was my first visit to that location, she gave me a tour of the entire salon. As a one-time perk, I found a "first time customer" discount on the salon's website which I used when checking out at the end of the appointment. This salon has competitive prices based on my experience with other salons in this neighborhood.

I like them. They are current on their styles and I work well with my stylist. It's clean, fresh and light. The staff is awesome. They are accommodating and professional.
