From the first phone call through the clean up my experience with Scene Clean was "wonderful." The owner and his wife were knowledgeable and professional. They did not skirt difficult issues but handled them with respect. Quotes and correspondence were timely and complete. Scheduling was easy and the work was completed as outlined. When they said they would call/email back they did! These attributes are not easy to find today. Hoarding is a difficult illness to understand. Coupled with a death there is a lot of emotion. Nate and his crew of emergency professionals were kind and compassionate thru out the whole clean up process---even staying late (at an agreed upon cost) to finish the job in one day. They were willing to look for treasured items in the midst of junk. When something was found they thought we might want they brought it to us. For an extremely difficult situation it could not have went better. The staff was TOP NOTCH! As for cost, this is subjective. Having no experience in this area it is hard to determine if the price was high or low. It was not "cheap" but we feel we got a real value for our money. For emotional reasons we could not have done this job ourselves and definitely could not have done it in one day. For us it was definitely worth the price.
