Pat is just great, very reliable and she really loves animals. My dogs are very attached to her. If I tell them she is coming over, they run to the window to look for her. My older dog was stressed out by his previous petsitter, but he is very relaxed around Pat. I've not had any issues with her forgetting to lock the doors or gates either, like I've had another service. She's also always showed up. I've not had any no-shows with her, no matter the weather.
