 + 0 moreOur Kitchen remodeling went very smoothly. There are many steps in the process and Jeff scheduled the work very well. Don't be fooled by TV reality show remodeling shows that turn projects around in days, a Kitchen, though a small space, takes lots of different trades people to make it come together. Our project was 5 weeks, but something happened just about everyday. The down times in our project were out of Jeff's control. Custom cabinets take time and same with manufacturing quartz countertops. Jeff scheduled all his subs to be ready for the cabinet and countertop install. Then had them there the day after to finish all final touches.
Description of Work: Jeff Lentz, Precision Remodeling's owner, met with my wife and I and told us how he manages a Kitchen remodeling project. He said he would show us all the bids from his sub-contractors before the work is to be completed. He gave us a schedule of the work and followed it very closely. Our project involved demolition of some walls, building new walls, sheetrocking, moving plumbing, moving heating runs, new electrical outlets and switches, custom cabinets, quartz countertop, wood floor refinishing, trim finish work and painting. Our Kitchen remodeling is nearing completion and Jeff is totally transparent on costs, there were no surprises. He has great subcontractors that are responsive to his phone calls and do quality work. Jeff and his subs were respectful of our house and our family's need to live in our house during the remodeling.
