Flooring
He was able to do it all. He did laminate, an intricate design in my ceramic tile, and duracermic which is a brand new type of flooring. He also did the backsplash in the kitchen and the carpeting on the basement steps. My house is older so it was not easy to do. There are some tricky angles too. The title of his company is ideal because he is a perfectionist.

Flooring, Ceramic Tile Service
It was great! My husband and I had trouble picking out the flooring, but once we did, Mike came out and did the measurements, ordered the material and did an excellent job of installing the floors. It went very smooth from start to finish...He was neat, left no mess every night and did a great job. Believe me, my husband works in construction and was just looking for flaws! We are very happy.......

Carpet Installation
We brought our concerns to our decorator. When we pushed the idea of having to pay for the extra roll of padding which Mike took away, she reimbursed us for the $163.00. When we send a certified letter to Mike regarding the above problems (over measurements/over changes, etc), we informed him that we would continue to pursue this matter if the situation was not resolved to our satisfaction. Although he said he did nothing wrong, he send us a check for $348.00 several weeks later. In total, we had to extend a great deal of time, energy, effort & aggravation to be reimbursed $511.00 for these overcharges.
