Brought the mower in, again professional and courteous, even though it was fifteen minutes before closing on a Friday.
Mower looked at the following Monday, repaired by Tuesday. I couldn't get there until Friday, but no probem.
The issue with the mower turned out to be different from what I suspected, which was good because it was a lot cheaper to fix. Mower runs great now, and only for $40!
