I called first. Professional and courteous. Brought the mower in, again professional and courteous, even though it was fifteen minutes before closing on a Friday. Mower looked at the following Monday, repaired by Tuesday. I couldn't get there until Friday, but no probem. The issue with the mower turned out to be different from what I suspected, which was good because it was a lot cheaper to fix. Mower runs great now, and only for $40!

The extra care that they took to make the shopping experience very pleasant stood out. They set the unit up, and they delivered it, they tested it, and they showed me how to use it. They answered all my questions in a friendly manner, and they said that if I had any problems, I should call. They then called me a few weeks later to find out if everything was okay. I would tell people to use them by all means.

I own a Honda VT750C Shadow Cruiser. I used to go to the Hitching post in Fridley for all my maintenance needs but they closed last December and I needed to find a new place to take care of my bike. I live in Brooklyn Park and was pleasantly surprised to find Osseo Powersports nearby. However, I was worried that they might not be able to provide the level of service that I got from the Hitching Post. I made an appointment for an oil change and I arrrived on time. Dan, the service manager, entered all of my information into their computer system and they immediately started to work on my bike. It only took 30 minutes and I was back on the road. This place is very friendly, clean and professional. They did a free insection of my bike and discovered that my tires needed air. Now my bike rides much smoother! I'm happy to have discovered this place and will rely on them to keep my bike running well.
