I called ahead to verify the services I wanted were offered, and they were, a quoted price (based on rough description of the problem). I was told it would be a quick fix, and no appointment was necessary. The next day, I walked in with the bikes. I was able to walk directly to the service desk and have both bikes checked in, serviced and checked back out within 20 minutes Both bikes now work much better than when they were originally assembled by Toys'R'Expensive.

I purchased my bike from MGC this spring. The purchasing experience was awesome. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and Steve showed me a few models, had me ride them - and put up with my waffling between models. I finally settled on a mid-low price model that would be functional in harder riding conditions, yet be a good all-around bike. They've been there for all of my questions, concerns, and needs as I get more and more into the cycling experience. After putting about 500 miles on the bike, I finally had the experience of a flat tire. They didn't just fix it and send me on my way, they showed me HOW to fix it (I do a lot of and quot;middle of nowhereand quot; riding) so that if it happens to me again that I'm not stranded. I bought a kit and spare tube for my saddle pack and I feel a LOT better knowing that I wouldn't be stranded and stuck walking miles. The staff always goes above and beyond for the customer. I am actually already looking at getting a second bike and would go nowhere else. I've shopped other bike stores and found none to compare to Maple Grove Cycle when it comes to the full buying experience.

I received a new road bike from an online vendor. I got the bike put together, but the wheels and shifters needed to be adjusted. I brought the bike in for their basic tune-up. The people working there were welcoming and didn't make me feel weird that the bike wasn't purchased at their store. They explaned all of the work they were going to do and helped me pick out accessories and shoes to go with the bike. The bike was ready to go the next day and they also took the time to explain some of the features of the bike. As I am pretty new to cycling, it was greatly appreciated. I was impressed by their customer service. I was able to take the bike out yesterday and everything was in working order. I will use them again in the future.

Bad. Adjusting bike was fast. Took it home. Front brake was way off, far from rim on one side, only partially effective. Tires were not inflated more, barely over the minimum in a 20PSI range (likely not adjusted). 3rd gear on the front sprocket rubbed making noise. I would have preferred to be told that they wouldn't check it than be lied to about the work.

I went in to get accessories put on as I had a triathlon the next day. They helped adjust my bike perfectly and showed me great aerodynamic new accessories. It seems they are all very passionate. All the work was done immediately so I could be ready for my triathlon in the weekend.

THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. THESE GUYS KNOW RACE BIKES ALONG WITH ALL THE USUAL KIDS BIKES, HYBRIDS, ETC. TREK IS THEIR MAIN BRAND OF BIKES. THEY ARE WILLING TO ORDER JUST ABOUT ANY CUSTOM ITEM YOU WOULD WANT AND INSTALL IT WITH STELLAR EXPERTISE.
