I basically interacted with the staff to get advice on what plants would grow better in certain locations of the yard. I received a lot of individualized service and help. They took me around and showed me different plants they had. A few times, they offered discounts. They have events where a certain amount of the profit goes to charity. For the most part, I think their plant selection is somewhat limited if you're looking for perennials, bushes, and trees. If you're an annual or geranium person, there's plenty of selection. They were very helpful and friendly. They made sure they helped me with everything I needed help with. They provided me with a lot of useful information. They're fairly knowledgeable. They also have a program for regular customers where they store your information. For every $100 or $200 you spend, they'll give you a $10 discount.
