I WAS THRILLED WITH THIS COMPANY! KEN HAS BEEN AN INDEPENDENT HOME BUILDER FOR SOMETHING LIKE 20 YEARS, AND SO HE KNOWS HOW TO DO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. HE HAD SOME GREAT IDEAS FOR ME, AND KEPT ME FROM MAKING A FEW MISTAKES. AND HE'S A PERFECTIONIST IN HIS WORK--A VERY NICE TRAIT IN A CONTRACTOR. ON THIS JOB, HE DID ALL OF THE FRAMING--INCLUDING SOME COMPLEX STRUCTURAL WORK THAT A CITY ENGINEER REQUIRED--AND INSTALLED NEW ANDERSEN WINDOWS. I ALSO HAD HIM BACK NEAR THE END OF THE PROJECT TO HANG THE POCKET DOORS AND DO SOME OTHER FINISHING WORK. I HAVE HIRED KEN IN THE PAST TO INSTALL SCREEN DOORS ON MY HOUSE, AND WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. THE PRICE I'VE GIVEN ABOVE IS AN ESTIMATE, AND IS JUST FOR THE WORK THAT KEN DID. THE AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF MATERIALS (E.G. WINDOWS, LUMBER).
