We did not purchase the materials from him, but he went above and beyond to be sure our hardwood floors were installed beautifully. When the original product was not milled properly, he told us about the problem rather than choosing to install it as is. We had to re-order our flooring and then he meticulously installed it, choosing to search for products that would fit the fussy pieces in our house -- there were many! He takes great care and pride in his work and our floors look fabulous! We plan on redoing our kitchen flooring in the near future and he will the installer we select. We can't say enough positive words about him - professional, punctual, honest, and an outstanding craftsman!
