GSS was door knocking in the neighborhood, which is not usually how I pick my service people, but they all seemed so competent, starting with the first sales visit, I was pleased all along the way. Part of what drew me was the product - these windows are cool! Aside from above comments, they have screens that you can stick a pencil through, and when you pull it out again, they go back to their original shape - so there isn't anything that my dogs can do to tear them. They lock easily, they tip out for washing effortlessly, and they look elegant. I did do some comparison checking in the beginning, and also called several of their previous clients, and got nothing but positive reports. I also believe that the price of the windows was a very good deal for the quality. And the installation went very quickly and smoothly.
