History Established in 2016, Gerzin's is a family-owned business located in Maple Grove. Owner Joe Gerzin V started in the trade at the age of three in Ely, MN working with his father. Joe apprenticed under his father to learn every job, no matter how big or small, matters and to take pride in your work. After working for several contractors, Joe started Gerzin's Exterior Remodeling, because most companies don’t have the same work ethic, value or pride that Gerzin's has come to value over the years. Our mission is simple. To provide homeowners with an amazing experience, workmanship they can take pride in, and to leave a lasting impression knowing that anything they need done on the exteriors, they can trust with Gerzin's Exterior Remodeling.
