They were very nice, excellent to work with and I would recommend them. They worked fast and I am very pleased with the work they did.

Good intial service but issues with installers. They showed up late, had poor attitudes, and did a poor job resulting in damaging our base boards. The carpet was not stretched properly, had a wrinkle, and they did not clean up afterwards. Once we talked to Floor Covering International they sent a rep out that noted our concerns, repaired our baseboards and had another company come to stretch the carpet. This second company went above and beyond to address all of our concerns. Great customer service.

The sales person, Deanna, was excellent. Answered every question. No pressure sales. Had the perfect selection of samples with her. Installation was very good. Only problem was the bifold door to the closet was still off set and couldn't open it. Noted this minutes after the man left. I fixed it myself. Floor looks wonderful.
