I started my home buying process in September 2015 in attempt to get my loan approved and didn't end up getting something to go through until January 2016. Many morgatge company's told me they would be able to approve me and then after going through all of the paper work ect. It was denied. First class was the only company that was actually able to deliver what they had said they were going to. My experience with returned calls or emails on the morgatge company end was a nightmare. One company told me everything was good to go and I was going to be closing in a month, never heard anything from them for over a month. And on top of that I had to call high up on the chain to get somone to return my call. Once I fianlly did get a hold of somone they told me my loan was unable to go through. No one every returned any of my calls throughout the whole month nor did they notify me of any change. With first class I always had a returned email or phone call within a few hours. The staff ere are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get financing for a house.

I had a great experience with First Class Mortgage. I am a first time home buyer and asked my credit union to recommend a company to me, they partner with first class mortgage and provided me with the information to start the process. They were very efficient in getting back to me, setting up an appointment to meet with them and help me go through this process with great ease. The best part is no charged no origination fee, no underwriting fee, and no processing fee. The total for all title and recording fees was $2829. They kept me informed the whole way through the process through email and by phone and if they need any information they asked right away to keep the process going without any stops. In the office Casey and I sat down and spoke about the price range and what would be comfortable for me for a house payment seeing I am a single mother of two. He worked with me to get the best interest rates and explained thoroughly cost and price range of the houses I was looking for. once approved and I found the house I wanted I gave him the numbers he ran them and needless to say I am now a proud home owner and have met some wonderful people. Very Well. We were very impressed with Casey and his team. Everyone we worked with did an excellent job - Casey, Susan, Tammy, & Gabriel. We were able to refinance in one month and Casey went above and beyond what was required. We found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. He was also very accurate with his figures and there were no "surprises." We were very satisfied with all aspects of our experience with First Class Mortgage.

We found First Class Mortgage from Angieslist and made a call to Casey in April on a Friday afternoon to inquire about various options for refinance our 30 year mortgage by leveraging the still low interest rate. Casey is very quick and responsive to provide very good info on the call, then we set up a time to meet in his office the next Monday, I am impressed with Casey's quick action and responsiveness, when we met in his office on Monday, he already got all the detail paperwork done over the weekend and we locked in a good rate on Monday right away. Again, overall I am happy with the whole experience with First Class mortgage and Casey, very fast and professional, saved me a lot time and made the whole refinance process very easy.

What a fabulous experience! Even though my credit wasn't perfect, and I'd recently moved to Minnesota, after being a SAHM, they managed to get me a great loan, in a timely manner, so that I could buy a new home.Every question I had was answered promptly, professionally and courteously, every time I called (for every little thing) I was answered warmly, all my concerns were put to rest, every time. So I had lost my job in the summer of 2013 and did not find another job until spring of 2014. Unemployed for about 6 months. My job was ok but after 3 months i found a really good job, but it was going to require us to move. I contacted First Class Mortgage and was upfront about everything and they went to work. I had a bankruptcy and the unemployment history. The job was very good and First Class gave us a pre approval letter. We bought a house they let us move into based on the letter. When we went to get the loan the under writer turned us down due to lack of work history. We were in trouble but First Class went back and worked out agreement that if I had 6 month work history they would give us the loan. It was very difficult but necessary as it was a good job and we have family. First Class understood the situation and took it personal to insure our family had a roof over it's head at the end of the day. The cost/loan rate was way better then industry average too. We did not have to put any money down! I would recommend you at least speak with First Class Mortgage before making a final decision. Best in class.

They did an amazing job securing a mortgage for me. I was very impressed with how helpful they were with ALL of my questions. First Class Mortgage was referred to us from a family member who had used their services in the past. We've owned three homes and have refinanced each a handful of times throughout the years, so we've had experience with a variety of mortgage brokers. This was by far the best experience we've had. They were professional, prompt, and thorough. We were probably a pain to them since we were slow to track down some of the documents the government requires but they were patient throughout the process. They found us amazing rates and saved us a ton off our monthly payment! Would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again if ever needed.
