Awesome!!! Jolene made the process easy, stress free and she spoke to my wife and I kindly and respectfully when it came to the technical loan terms and she explained everything so it made total sense. I would 100 percent recommend anyone to go see Jolene if you need any kind of a mortgage! Jolene knows her stuff and is awesome and most of all easy to work with. Oh and Jolene and First Class Mortagage beat all the other Mortgage companies prices on rates and fees when I compared them to other companies and online rates. By far best, cheapest and best customer service around!!!!!

Refinanced my VA loan through First Class Mortgage. Casey and Bobbi were friendly and really made the process easy and smooth. Most of the paperwork was able to be uploaded online securely, and initial forms could be signed online using digital signatures. They were also able to get me a better rate than USAA. The closing went really quickly and smoothly. I would recommend First Class Mortgage again.

I was extremely nervous since I was a first home buyer, and I was purchasing solo. First Class Mortgage knew this, and they were very understanding of it; they wanted to ensure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Whenever I had a question - they were more than willing to answer it. If I did not understand something - they were patient and re-explained until I got it. They were attentive, responsive, professional and most of all - reassuring. This is the second time I worked with Casey, Kevin, Susan, Daniel, and the team at First Class. They are responsive in person, by email and on the phone. I was very happy with the mortgage rates I was able to get. They were awesome getting my pre-approval letters together fast. Great follow-up, and I never felt any questions I asked were dumb.

Casey was outstanding and made everything so easy. Was very thorough with what we needed to provide and explained all phases of the refinance process so there were no questions. Three days before closing he contacted us to let us know that he was able to get us a lower rate without any costs to us, I feel like this is something that would have been overlooked with one of the "Big Bank" mortgage team. Very well. I have worked with Casey VanWinkle over the last 4 years, and have done a sale, purchase, and two refinances with him - one being a cash out refinance. Casey has made the process very easy, and explained in detail all of the steps as we have gone through them. He has a dedicated staff working with him to gather documents and do timely follow up.
