First class mortgage and their team made my refinance a seamless process. I was able to do a FHA Streamline without an appraisal and lower my payment by 100.00 a month. I would recommend First Class Mortgage to anyone I know that is looking to purchase or refinance. They were always there to answer my questions and walked me thru every step of the process. I also was updated from them every step of the way. First Class Mortgage was not only very professional but were always available. I had such a great experience with them I have also referred my Family and Friends to them as well.

They watched interest rates for our family meticulously for a while until the rates were low enough to meet are standards. My wife and I both work and where unable to get to Maple Grove to do some paper work. It just so happened that an employee of First Class Mortgage didn't live to far away and was nice enough to let us come over late at night and do some paper work. We thought that was pretty amazing that a company would go out of their way for the customer like they did. Every time we talked with them on the phone they where always very professional, friendly, and polite. After we closed on the loan they even sent cookies and milk to my work for everybody to enjoy. I can't say enough good things about First Class Mortgage. They helped me through every step of the way when I bought my first home. They have excellent communication. They always answer the phone, and send immediate responses to emails. They took all of the stress out of the home buying process and I can't thank them enough. At the time, my job was 100% commission which typically makes any type of loan approval difficult... but Brady and Casey knew everything there was to know about getting me approved and into my home within 30 days. My closing was on time, and they even followed up afterwards to check in. Thanks FCM!!

Very impressed by how fast they respond. I was referred to First Class Mortgage from a friend. I think from the time I made first contact, they got back to me within a hour. My wife and I primarily worked with Casey who is one of the owners. He walked me through the initial process and prepped me on what would all be needed. Super happy with the rate they provided. From what I could tell it was the best possible around. Closing happened perfectly on time with no surprises.

I have used First Class Mortgage several times in the past 5 years. The staff is always very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. Casey and his staff worked on tight close schedule and made the process easy and worry-free. Always got a prompt answer when I had questions. I also felt that the staff at First Class worked hard to get me the best mortgage for my situation.

First Class Mortgage was contacted in June 26, 2010 and we were given a Good Faith Estimate of closing costs on our initial fee worksheet of $53.58. On that date Casey Van Winkle of First Class Mortgage V, Inc. stated that he did not want anyone bringing into closing anymore than $50-$55. Between 6/10 and 10/10 Casey reiterated we would not incur any additional charges on our refinance because of his delay. On 10/26/10 Casey called and gave us the final breakdown of closing costs, We now had to go into closing owing $1200.06 On 10/27 he called again to tell us our closing costs were now $412.77 which was now on the Good Faith Estimate shown to us at closing. We had incurred $186 in miscellaneous fees from our previous lender that we were responsible for because of First Class Mortgage.
