The Job from start to finish was one of the most exciting times of my wife and my life. For example when it was time to drive out to the location and see the lots that where available. What can I say about this? It was land, not very exciting or interesting. We looked at several plots and told the Donnay Homes agent about our concerns about having a piece of land that was big enough to provide for all of our needs as this is the reason we were here in the first place. The Donnay Homes agent had the plot measurements from a previous correspondence over email and he pulled a tape measure from his coat and measured the depth and width of our lot on the west side and places sticks in the corners. This was fabulous because low and behold we were standing on a piece of land that was 4 times our current homes land. We were able to start planning our garden and landscaping immediately. The Donnay Homes agent was able to make this mundane and boring task into something fun.

OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FAIR (AT BEST). THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, BUT CHAD & PAUL (OWNERS) CAN BE DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND NOT VERY ACCOMMODATING. NEXT HOUSE THAT WE BUILD, WE WILL LOOK AROUND. OVERALL, THE BUILDING EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE AND WE WOULD BUILD AGAIN, BUT LOOK AROUND AT OTHER BUILDERS.
