Exterior Painting
PAINTING ON MAIN HOUSE WAS OK. THE TRIM WORK WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND HAD MANY AREAS OVERPAINTED AND SLOPPY. THE OWNER WAS NOT POLITE WHEN ASKED TO REDO WORK, DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME, FAILED TO CALL AND STATE THEY WOULD BE LATE. SHERWIN WILLIAMS REPRESENTATIVE REVIEWED HOME PAINTING AFTER PROJECT WAS DONE WITH THEIR PAINT AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT PROPER SURFACE PREPARATION OF PAINTERS. THEY STATED WE MAY HAVE PEELING ISSUES DUE TO THIS LACK OF PREPAINTING PREPARATION THAT IS NORMAL INDUSTRY STANDARDS.

HE HAS POOR BUSINESS AND WORK ETHICS AND DID NOT FINISH THE JOB. HE CLAIMS TO BE ABLE TO DO WORK FOR WHICH HE IS NOT QUALIFIED. HE WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CONSUMER. I AM A 70 YEAR OLD WOMAN AND I FEEL HE REALLY TRIED TO WALK ALL OVER ME.
