About us
The basic home inspection takes around 3 hours to do. I prefer to have clients come in for a complete walk through for the last hour. This gives me alone time in the home to take good notes and inspect the home without distractions. All your questions can be asked when we do the walk through. My report is about 38-40 pages long with digital photos a summary letter and maintenance guide. The report is emailed to you and your realtor later in the day.
