 + -1 moreAll three phases went better than expected. The new retaining walls look 100% better than how they used to look. The grass is so much nicer rather than a yard full of rock. The shrubs and rocks within the retaining walls were a great idea, too. This project definitely added curb appeal! Mike is easy to work with, on-time, and on budget. He has plenty of ideas and options and builds a solution that fits the budget, looks the best, and lasts the longest.
Description of Work: There were a three phases to our project over two seasons: I. Mike and his team worked to replace a failing timber retaining wall with a brick wall that matched some existing retaining walls. He extended it down to replace some failing slate retaining wall as well. II. Mike removed a back yard full of rocks and planted sod in its place. III. We built a new retaining wall where a tree used to be and put top soil in it then covered it with tarp and rock then planted some shrubs. We cleaned-up, covered with top soil, tarp, and rocks, and planted some shrubs within some of the retaining wall built in phase I.
