Crystal Welding was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. They scheduled me for service the next day and began work on my vehicle as soon as I arrived. The work was completed while I waited and I am very happy with the results. As an added bonus, I received a follow up call a week after installation verifying my satisfaction. Price ended up being a bit higher than quoted but only because my hitch was OEM rather than aftermarket which entailed more installation work. I fully expected this might come up going in and was still incredibly satisfied with the work and the price.
